Dry Needling
Ease muscular pain, improve flexibility + mobilize scar tissue adhesions

During dry needling, we insert several filiform needles into your skin in "trigger points" in your muscle or tissue.
​
The needles help release knots and relieve muscle pain and spasms to improve your flexibility and increase range of motion.
We use this method to treat muscle pain + injury, scar tissue from surgery (eg: C-section) and chronic pain (eg: fibromyalgia).
