A Letter From Kerry
In pursuit of my passion for health and wellness as a collegiate swimmer at Clemson, I became fascinated with the human body and the healing benefits of movement. My dedication to physical therapy for women deepened while acquiring my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Duke University. There, my goal to share knowledge, cultivate a supportive community, and embody purposeful movement, evolved into my practice today where I equipt women with the resources they need to live well.
Connecting orthopedic and women's health was hugely inspired through my strong community of female athletes and leaders. After years of practicing orthopedic PT in a private sports clinic, I developed a female collegiate athlete program which evolved into caring for patients through pregnancy and into the post partum period. I have a passion for working with women of all ages throughout physiological phases of life (e.g. adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause) to achieve pain relief, serenity in their current life season, and confidence through exercise, movement, and rehabilitation. Rooted in my fitness background and specialty in women's health therapy, I find joy in educating patients and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals safely.
You have heard the phrase, “Who helped who?” That is my outlook on serving. When I help you heal, you inspire me. I am grateful to be in this specialty to help women like you discover, return, and live a life you never knew you could achieve.
How can I best equipt you for your best life?
