Whether your symptoms arise from pregnancy, postpartum, injury or aging, nothing about health and wellness is straightforward or universal. Every experience is UNIQUE.
My goal is to allow you the space to be open and have vulnerable conversations about the physical, emotional and psychological impacts that your symptoms are having on your life - we “equipt” you with the resources to get you where you want to be using the things we can control.
My approach is NOT to exercise your way out of it.
It is not just “physical therapy”.
It is a multidimensional approach to find trust in yourself, in me, and in the process to achieve long term healing.
